In most cases, and particularly in dancers, scoliosis is NOT cause for panic. It often has simple causes and solutions to resolve it and get dancers feeling better and back to training. Many times the curves associated with scoliosis seem stubborn; they don't reduce with bracing, stretching, or strengthening regimen. But that's likely because the cause of the curve isn't being addressed.
